It is 2 different things.

but if we are going to change our children's perception on income earning, We MUST CHANGE OURS FIRST

And even as an employee, YOU MUST NOT ONLY THINK LIKE AN EMPLOYEE, YOU MUST ALWAYS THINK LIKE AN INVESTOR AND AN ENTREPRENEUR
The truth remains that, NO EMPLOYER CAN PAY YOU YOUR TRUE WORTH(except you are  yet to discover your self worth).No Government, Multinationals, Corporate organization can pay you your true worth..
